This is Burberry’s interpretation of one of the men’s spring 2011 trend, biker. Designer Christopher Bailey got his “heritage biker” inspiration from Thomas Burberry himself. Slim fitting leather pants and long military cut trench coats is apparently the majority of this heritage biker look. Leather, studs, zippers, as we all know are important in the biker trend. The fact that Bailey through in woven sweaters is extremely chic. I’m also in love with the fact that instead of boots, Bailey added a leather sandal. That gives it the spring touch that everyone is looking for. The see-through olive green shirt with the pockets and the brown quilted leather vest with gold studs is impeccable and fantastic. Since I am a huge fan of the biker look, ESPECIALLY on men, I’m really in love with this line, this is definitely one of my favorite collections. It seems so effortless and the detailing is beautiful. The only thing I didn’t like was the leather shirt and the short vest like top with the circle studs. The leather shirt reminds me of bad styles in the past (leather shorts), if you’re from Dallas, you know what I’m talking about. Overall, love this collection.
